Skilled in understanding and solving complex problems, Paul is a brilliant leader and strong professional with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Science and Pure Mathematics from Florida State University. Licensed home inspector in Florida (license HI13573). Licensed commercial electrical inspector in Florida (license BN8555).

With a 25 year career in the United States Marine Corps, Toshia Fillmore is a highly effective HR professional with a broad range of experience in leadership, employee relations, performance management and payroll. Toshia has received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Human Resources. Many years of exceptional communication and customer service experience lend Toshia the skills necessary to excel in Human Resources.
